This Practice offers an informal procedure to deal with your suggestions,
comments and concerns about the service we provide. We aim to provide high quality care and welcome.
Your suggestions
as to how this could be Improved.
We attempt to resolve problems swiftly and take appropriate action when we fail to achieve the high standard
for which we aim. Your comment on how
we can achieve the best service is welcomed. If
you feel that you need to make a comment or complaint about any aspect of our service, please ask to speak to our Practice Manager, Mr. Adrian Whybrew, who will be pleased to help.
PATIENT SURVEYS
Thank you to all those patients who
took part in last year's survey carried out on our behalf.
We are grateful for all your comments, both in acknowledgement of the good
services we offer, and also concerning areas where we do not fare so well.
We cannot promise to get everything right all the time, or provide the services that every patient would like
us to.
However, we do promise to listen to your comments and will attempt to rectify
our shortcomings.
The findings of the surveys are discussed with our Patient Group in the hope that together we can continue to meet your needs.
Thank
you especially for your comments about "extended Hours" — The new hours have been amended and are as shown
on Surgery Opening Hours
