PATIENT
SURVEYS
Thank you to all those patients who took part in the recent survey carried out on our behalf.
We are grateful for all your comments, both in acknowledgement of
the good services we offer, and also concerning areas where we do not fare so well.
We
cannot promise to get everything right all the time, or provide the services that every patient would like us to.
However, we do
promise to listen to your comments and will attempt to rectify our shortcomings.
The findings
of the surveys are discussed with our Patient Group in the hope that together we can
continue to meet your needs.
Thank you especially for your comments about "extended Hours" — No decision
has yet been made, but we are still in discussion with our Patient Group and staff
concerning this.
