DISABLED ACCESS

Access for the disabled is via the main entrance, or via the Pharmacy next door, and a lift has been installed. The assistance  staff will provide any assistance you need. Portable Induction Loop systems are available for the hard of hearing.

We aim to give a high quality service to our patients. If you can suggest additional ways to achieve this, please inform us. Please address your suggestions to the Practice Manager.

We do operate a formal "Complaints Procedure", but would welcome the opportunity to discuss any concems you may have, so if you feel dissatisfied with any of the services we offer, again please speak with the Practice Manager.

We have a variety of helpful information and advice leaflets, booklets etc. on a number of medical topics. Please ask the Doctor or Nurse.
