STATEMENT OF AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
The aim of this practice is to offer our patients a high standard of professional care, and quality of service at all
times. To achieve this we will endeavour :-
• to be courteous
and considerate to our patients and their carers at all times.
• to ensure the
safety of the families registered with us and all Practice workers at all times.
• to ensure that
confidentiality regarding 'all medical matters relating to our patients and staff' is maintained at all times.
• to respond speedily and efficiently
to any comments, suggestions or complaints made of the services we provide.
• to ensure co-ordination of services
between the Practice, Hospitals, Social Services, Contractor Services and other agencies working with our Patients.
• to monitor the services provided
by the Practice by continuing audit and regular reviewing of tasks performed.
• to support
and encourage continuing education to all members of staff in the appropriate area of expertise.
• to ensure that these objectives are reviewed
annually.
